I finally finished a big ( for me) painting : 24"x36"...I am having fun painting larger scale pieces from my plein air studies. A great exercise when the temps are too cold to paint out on location. We have had tons of snow as well...making it difficult to logistically set up...even snowshoes aren't that great this year in unpacked areas. Sinking easel isn't fun either. So...I painted this one while looking out my window from the warm cozy comfort of my studio.
