Update on my Morning Pages...they have been so centering for me... I am doing them on a fairly regular basis. The book "Finding Water" is talking to me...the topic that I read each day seems to also be something that I have been thinking about. Very interesting...God seems to be talking to me through this book. That thought also leapt out of the pages of another book I have been reading. WOoo-woo moments. Doing art and these exercises are adding a lot to my life...and my art. I am growing. In these crazy times I am finding solace in them.
